The remote service system will cover routine installation support, basic commissioning, and initial troubleshooting. Chengdu Chengbao has also established clear criteria for dispatching on-site engineering support. For complex procedures such as multi-equipment system integration, precision instrument calibration, and full-system commissioning, if local teams are unable to complete the work despite remote assistance, Chengdu Chengbao will promptly arrange for engineers to travel overseas and provide hands-on training and commissioning support to ensure the equipment achieves operational standards.
