Event Highlights

During the event, multiple awards were presented to recognize outstanding employees and their contributions. Zeng Xiangwei, President of Sichuan Hejia High-Tech Research Institute, received the Honorary Award. Chen Lin, Financial Director of Qingshen Tianxiang, received the Hejia Award. Du Yifan, Deputy General Manager of Jiapin Technology, and Zeng Qilin, Team Leader of the Commercial Vehicle Workshop at Zhongqi Chengdu Auto Parts, received the Golden Ear Award. Zhang Minhua, Financial Director of Sichuan Feiqiu; Qin Dewen, Workshop Supervisor of Zhongqi Chengdu Auto Parts; and Wang Ying from Hejia’s Overseas Business Department received the Young Seed Award. Another 18 employees from different subsidiaries and positions, including Song Xinmin, Yang Kailiang, and Ran Maoyan, received the Growth Award. 

In her opening remarks, Wang Maini, Chairwoman of Sichuan Hejia, emphasized that the Group is currently entering a new phase of entrepreneurship, focusing on industrial upgrading, new business expansion, and international development. She highlighted that Hejia remains committed to its core philosophy of building a “community of shared career, shared destiny, and shared interests,” while promoting steady growth through practical action, craftsmanship, and innovation. She noted that replacing traditional meetings with an employee speech competition reflects Hejia’s unique family-oriented corporate culture and helps unite employees toward the Group’s future development goals.

The 18 finalists shared their personal growth stories, professional experiences, and insights from their respective positions. Wang Ying from Hejia’s Overseas Business Department shared her journey of exploring China-Africa industrial cooperation, including the development of automotive industry cooperation projects in the Central African region. Zhou Qing from Chengdu Qian Cun Dao Catering introduced the company’s transformation journey, including the development of central kitchen solutions, healthy meal concepts, and employee participation mechanisms supported by Hejia’s family culture. Zeng Xiangwei from Sichuan Hejia High-Tech Research Institute shared how the Group has supported scientific research and innovation, expressing his commitment to developing core technologies and contributing to Hejia’s new stage of entrepreneurship. Peng Jia and Chen Lin from Qingshen Tianxiang shared their personal growth experiences and how the company’s support and family culture helped them achieve professional development. Liu Dong from Chengdu Chengbao reviewed his more than 20 years of dedication across multiple positions, while Song Xinmin shared achievements and experiences from Hejia’s vehicle inspection project exploration and implementation in Nigeria. Employees from Zhongqi Chengdu Auto Parts, including Yang Kailiang, Qin Dewen, and Zeng Qilin, shared stories of craftsmanship, persistence, and overcoming challenges from frontline manufacturing positions. Representatives from Sichuan Feiqiu, including Zhang Minhua, Cui Qiaoyan, and Li Xia, discussed the company’s 28-year development journey, digital transformation, and innovation in market development. Ran Maoyan and Li Peilu from Jiayi Hui introduced the company’s strategic expansion into traditional Chinese medicine health services and self-developed medical consumables. Chen Jun from Hejia Seed Industry shared the company’s 30-year development journey and future plans in rice breeding, fresh corn, and agricultural industry chain development. Du Yifan and Chen Weiyu from Jiapin Technology shared their perspectives on market expansion, quality management, and long-term commitment to industrial development.

At the conclusion of the event, Xia Chaojia, Chairman of Sichuan Hejia, delivered a summary speech. He highly recognized the success of the competition and praised employees for demonstrating Hejia people’s spirit of responsibility, innovation, and dedication through their authentic stories. Chairman Xia emphasized that the future development of the Group depends on the collective efforts, unity, and perseverance of all employees. He expressed his commitment to working together with all Hejia employees to create a stronger future.

The speech competition brought together stories from different subsidiaries and positions, demonstrating the deep foundation of Hejia’s family-oriented corporate culture.
