PPAP audit refers to the Production Part Approval Process. From the collection and organization of documents to the formulation of quality plans, the PPAP audit was ultimately arranged through process capability studies after over one year of effort. This audit focused on the technical standards of production processes and quality systems for multiple core camshaft projects. The Stellantis team conducted a rigorous evaluation of the PPQ-PPAP process and CAT1 standards for the EB GEN3 camshaft, as well as the PPQ-EOD and CAT2 for the B2.2 camshaft. They also conducted a detailed review of improvements related to quality issues of the EB GEN2 camshaft, covering everything from the kick-off meeting, company introduction, and project development status review, to incoming material inspection, heat treatment, grinding, turning and the full production process of intake and exhaust camshafts. The process was rigorous and efficient. This audit fully demonstrated our professional capabilities in camshaft R&D, manufacturing, and quality management, as well as its determination and strength to align with international standards. Through close cooperation and exchange with global industry leaders, we has not only consolidated existing partnerships but also laid a solid foundation for expanding into overseas markets and integrating into the global automotive industry and supply chain. This audit is not only a comprehensive test of technical strength and quality management level but also a key step in deepening international strategic cooperation and actively developing overseas markets.
